Yes, it's very cruel !
Last day, a large quantity of plastic/rubber waste material (including a tyre (?) ) was burnt in a campus of our 'Gardens'. This brought large volumes of foul smelling black thick smoke, for hours !!
This caused nausea and headache to some of the nearby residents.
I reserve my emotions and words to comment on this kind of anti-social actions, that too within our "Gardens" . I pray, may God give them the sense to stop such nasty deeds.
