An evaluation team will shortly visit each residence (staring from July 10, Sunday) , and award scores. Highest score will get a prize !!

Great !! Atleast one or two are waiting for the Gold !
Certainly encouraging. WebMan will not disappoint them. An interesting "on the site competition" would be introduced ... but only if the participation is better.  Webman looks for atleast  two digit site visits daily ! That's not asking for too much from SRAians. Don't you agree ?

Senior Citizens

Attention … All Senior Citizens in Souparnika Gardens !

How careful are you in your food ? Are you aware that a Calcium deficiency  can create a  lot of troubles for you ? But how to avaoid those issues ?

Simple ! Take Calcium rich food.  Here is a short list of Calcium rich items for you.

Citric fruits (lemon, orange, etc..). These are rich in anti-oxidants , and so are excellent  in more ways.

Fruits – Guava, Papaya, Pineapple, Grapes,

Vegetables – Cabbage, Broccoli, Coli flower, Onion, Potato, Peas

Others – Pepper, Almonds

Above all, food alone is not sufficient. Make sure you have atleast 40 minutes of moderate exercise  daily.
