Vattiyoorkavu - Real estate hub ?

Vattiyoorkavu is now a “Real Estate “ focus.  It’s evident from the brisk construction activities going on in and around Souparnika Gardens.  “Property prices at Thiruvananthapuram”  as listed last week by OutLook Money magazine { a very popular personal finance magazine} are as below.
2 Bedroom, 1200 sq.ft area, Costs 33.6 lakhs (at the rate of Rs. 2800 per sqft.)
3 Bedroom, 1650 sq.ft area, Costs 46.2 lakhs (at the rate of Rs. 2800 per sqft.)
