Senior Citizens

Attention … All Senior Citizens in Souparnika Gardens !
How careful are you in your food ? Are you aware that a Calcium deficiency  can create a  lot of troubles for you ? But how to avaoid those issues ?
Simple ! Take Calcium rich food.  Here is a short list of Calcium rich items for you.
Citric fruits (lemon, orange, etc..). These are rich in anti-oxidants , and so are excellent  in more ways.
Fruits – Guava, Papaya, Pineapple, Grapes,
Vegetables – Cabbage, Broccoli, Coli flower, Onion, Potato, Peas
Others – Pepper, Almonds
Above all, food alone is not sufficient. Make sure you have atleast 40 minutes of moderate exercise  daily.
