Citric fruits (lemon, orange, etc..). These are rich in anti-oxidants , and so are excellent in more ways.
Fruits – Guava, Papaya, Pineapple, Grapes,
Vegetables – Cabbage, Broccoli, Coli flower, Onion, Potato, Peas
Others – Pepper, Almonds
